Terms & Conditions:

We use hand spun and hand made fabrics and the produces involve in making the product are also by hand so little imperfection might be possible. These slight imperfections are mark of unique hand woven fabric and hand made products.
All products listed on the store are the property of “Vritti Designs Pvt. Ltd.” and misusing / misrepresenting them in any way is a strict violation of copyright law.
Goods once sold, will not be taken back.
Variation of +/ – 5% to 7%, in weaving quality and natural colour should be acceptable in case of Handmade and Natural Dye products.
Once the order is placed, it will not be cancelled.
Vritti Designs Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or delay in transit/ transport of goods (Domestic & International) by the logistics or postal services.
Buyer has to intimate and pay in advance for insurance of goods/shipment during transit.
Vritti Designs Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible under any Force majeure circumstances or events.
Any discrepancies in order has to be notified with in 72 hours of receiving the products, after that we would not take up the issue.
Government charges, would be charged on actuals.
For local delivery in India, GST would be charged as per the government rules and regulations.

Payment & Shipping:

All payments are accepted via Paypal (International) & CC Avenue (Domestic) orders are processed once the payment is received. You must make payments within 24hrs of the order placement, else the item in question will be listed again for sale and your order will be cancelled.

It takes 4 to5 business days for a payment to be clear so all the ready products are dispatched after 5 days from the date of purchase and payment. Custom order takes longer time depending on style, quantity, fabric chosen etc. Shipping cost includes handling fee, packaging material etc. Product is ship once the payment is received.

We ship products though Indian Registered post it takes 10 to 12 business days from the date of shipping for the product to reach you. We do have speed post service for speed delivery in 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipping. We have courier shipping service of Fedex. It takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver the product from the date of shipping. You can buy speed post and Fedex shipping at additional cost from us. For fast delivery kindly send us a email or message. Product would be sent to the address given at the time of placing the order and in case you need to change the address please inform via email.

Please be sure you enter the correct address & contact details. At the time of checkout please mention colour and size in case of products having variation in terms of colours and sizes.

Cancellation & Return Policy:

All sales are final. Once goods are sold will be not taken back until product received by you is damaged or their is an manufacturing defect. In case of damaged goods please get in touch within two working days from the day of receiving the product.

Please be sure you want the item before you purchase. We cannot do refunds nor exchanges unless it’s our part of mistake. For custom made items we do not issue refunds in case of custom made products. Shipping charges are non refundable.
